We built Veritas Ventures on a narrower premise: that rigorous, independent research is the only durable edge — in what we invest in, what we take on, and what we publish.
That premise only holds if the incentives behind it are structured to protect it. Our research function is compensated independently of any single investment or project outcome, and no part of the firm can override a finding it doesn't like.
These aren't values statements. They're operating constraints our teams are held to on every venture and project.
